Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, downloading, or using the Talkmos mobile application on Google Play or any associated web services provided by Talkmos Systems Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use Talkmos.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Talkmos. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Rules

Talkmos provides real-time voice communication tools. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against harmful conduct. You agree NOT to use Talkmos to:

• Broadcast, transmit, or share audio content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hate speech.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
• Record or capture other users' voice streams without their explicit prior consent.
• Distribute automated spam, unsolicited commercial advertising, or unauthorized network bots.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Talkmos app code or audio routing servers.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@talkmos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Account Termination & Moderation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and block access to Talkmos voice servers immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in prohibited conduct.

You may also request account termination and full data deletion at any time via our Account & Data Deletion Portal.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Talkmos (including logos, branding, user interfaces, audio engines, and code) are the exclusive property of Talkmos Systems Inc..

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TALKMOS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE VOICE TRANSMISSION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALKMOS SYSTEMS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
