Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Service Nature

We provide live one-on-one chat, voice, or video sessions for emotional companionship and listening support.
Once a session is delivered, it cannot be “returned” — therefore refunds are limited to the situations described below.

2. Cancellations

 

    • Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session start time are non-refundable.

  • To cancel, please email us at team@talkmos.com with your booking ID.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

 

    1. The companion is unavailable at the booked time and no reschedule is possible.

    1. Technical issues on our side prevent the session from starting.

    1. The booking was charged twice due to a payment gateway error.

4. Refund Process

 

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

    • We do not offer cash refunds.

5. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to attend the session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
