Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Service Nature
We provide live one-on-one chat, voice, or video sessions for emotional companionship and listening support.
Once a session is delivered, it cannot be “returned” — therefore refunds are limited to the situations described below.
2. Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session start time are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

The companion is unavailable at the booked time and no reschedule is possible.

Technical issues on our side prevent the session from starting.

The booking was charged twice due to a payment gateway error.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We do not offer cash refunds.
